Seller response: Thank you for your feedback regarding the elves and dwarves. I understand that while you were pleased with the elves, the dwarves did not meet your expectations. I want to let you know that we have sold many of the dwarves, and we haven't received similar feedback from other buyers. It’s possible there may have been an installation issue. Could you please provide detailed photos of the problem? We would like to investigate further to assist you. I appreciate your input and look forward to resolving this matter.
