Shipped the video in like new condition. When the customer was not satisfied, we offered our 90 day no question asked return at zero cost to the customer and issued a full refund as with any other customer. The disc had no scratches or anything that would visibly make it not play, and when testing it after it was returned it played with no problems. |

This movie was factory sealed, so any issue not playing is out of our control but still covered under the 100% no question money back guarantee, and any customer can request a free return label at any time within 90 days and mail it back at no cost to the customer. |

Shipped next day. Since incorrect address was provided, it was returned to me as undeliverable. When the customer did not respond to 3 emails in a week I had no choice but to refund his order with an email that I am cancelling his order and to respond if he would still like to purchase the movie. Now this is the first response I have received and no response by email. |
