Customer insists this hat is fake. It is 100% Authentic & Official straight from the manufacturer Adidas. She simply is not happy with her purchase and because it is a Special Event Item there are restrictions and costs for returns. Tried to reason with customer but they are convinced our items are not Officially Licensed although we have verification that they are direct from Adidas, the manufacturer of the Finals Hat. |

Because this was a Special Event Item we stated that there are no cancellations/refunds/returns. We placed an order for this item with them manufacturer and paid for it. After this the buyer wanted to cancel. Asked them to refer to the Ad that there are no cancellations as this is a Special Event Item. Item was delivered as stated. Customer was upset that they could not cancel the order as it had already been placed. |

There were 3 hat colors available: Gray, Blue & White. You chose the Blue colored hat and that is what was sent out. I did not receive an email that you meant to order a different color. I could have exchanged the Blue one for the Gray one had I known.
