I am sorry if you were unsatisfied with the item you purchased from us, however, I would have returned your money if there were not "tool" marks on the ring, marring it. Unfortunately, no one but us saw the tool marks but "us", however, when you mailed the ring back to us, it was all too clear, especially when we took it to a jeweler and he repeated the same cause of the marring of the ring as to be "tool" marks.
