Seller response: Buyer ordered 3/24 and received 4/5. Orders state they take 10 business days to ship. Hers took less, so not sure why the neg. My email respons was not rude. "Hello,As stated on the website, all bottle cap orders take up to 10 business days (not including weekends) to ship out. Everything is made to order in the order received. Your order did already ship out on March 30th, so you should probably get them on Monday or Tuesday. "
