Enhancements to Google Ad Traffic

We understand that many of you have concerns about the effectiveness of Google ad traffic recently. Rest assured, we’ve been actively engaging with Google to address these issues and ensure that your listings remain visible and shoppable.

This past year, Google has implemented a number of changes to their advertising platform, including an increase in competition as more platforms, such as Amazon, have begun to advertise there. Where we once had a more exclusive presence, the landscape has evolved, prompting us to reevaluate and adjust our Google strategy.

As part of our commitment to your success, Bonanza continues to pay for all seller listings to appear on Google Shopping, regardless of your subscription level or TurboTraffic status. We meticulously manage every seller’s ad feed, monitoring for policy updates, violations, and potential suspensions to keep your ads running smoothly.

We highly encourage sellers to make sure their listings are optimized for Google Shopping advertising. There may be small fixes that result in stronger advertising. Please review the following help pages:

Looking ahead to Q4, we are actively implementing an enhanced strategy to improve visibility and engagement. Additionally, we’re working on new tools and features designed to encourage browsing and increase conversions from the millions of visits we receive each month that don’t always result in immediate purchases.

Your success is our top priority, and we’re dedicated to ensuring that Bonanza remains a powerful platform for your sales growth.

Thank you for your continued partnership and trust in Bonanza.

Best regards,
The Bonanza Team

Thank you for the blog on Google shopping.

Quoted from the blog: “Rest assured, we’ve been actively engaging with Google to address these issues and ensure that your listings remain visible and shoppable.”

Will you update us in a new blog on what Google shopping says or does?

Thank you,

Sharon

Hi EmpressDepot, glad to address your concerns! We have already worked with Google to address these issues by adjusting our ad campaign strategy. All seller listings are visible and shoppable unless they do not meet Google Shopping listing requirements or if Google prohibits them from being advertised. We manage every seller’s ad feed, monitoring for policy updates, violations, and potential suspensions to keep your ads running smoothly.

Sellers can check the status of their items in Google Shopping any time via the “Selling > Advertise items” drop-down menu, located on the upper left-hand side of your screen. Scroll down to see if your ad feed has any policy violations that would keep them from being advertised. If you do not see listings in this section, then it means that Google has accepted them for advertising. That means that Bonanza is paying to bid on the listings being shown at no charge to our sellers. We cover the cost of the bids for our sellers even if they do not result in sales.

Thank you for being an engaged member of our selling community!
