SHIPPING:
Delivery of all pattern purchases will be sent electronically in PDF format via e-mail and will be done within 24 hours of payment receipt (usually sooner).
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Sorry… due to the nature of the items sold, everything that is sent via PDF format and once it is sent it is nonrefundable.
However; if you have any problems with the item(s) purchased, just let me know and I will assist you to the best of my ability.
