Orders are shipped directly from China with fully tracked international shipping.

1. Return Window
For all standard non-custom items: We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
All custom-made, personalized, engraved, bespoke or made-to-order items are strictly final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered, unless there is proven manufacturing defect or shipping damage upon arrival.
3. Quality Defect Returns (Seller covers shipping)
If you receive an item with manufacturing defect, damage or shipping error:
You must contact us and submit a return request with clear, unedited photo/video proof within 2 calendar days of delivery.
Once verified, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange your full refund or replacement.
4. Non-Quality / Change of Mind Returns (Buyer covers shipping)
For returns due to personal preference, wrong size/choice or other non-defect reasons:
Item must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and returned in complete original packaging.
All original outbound shipping fees are 100% non-refundable.
The buyer takes full and sole responsibility for all return shipping expenses, including courier fees, customs duties, import taxes and any related return surcharges.
5. Final Terms
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Any item that shows signs of use, wear or modification will not qualify for a refund.
All refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and complete inspection of the returned package.
