Shipping policy
All forms of payment must be made/received within 7 days. Ships within 5 business days of payment through Checkout by Amazon or Google Checkout. Ships after check or money order clears (usually 7-10 business days after receipt). Ships within 2 business days of receipt of USPS Money order.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsUnopened items: 14 day return policy, full refund minus original shipping costs. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Opened items: 14 day return policy, subject to 20% restocking fee & minus original shipping costs. Full refund or replacement on open defective items. Buyer pays for return shipping.
No returns for: Any product missing the serial number or UPC, any product with missing accessories, any item that has been altered or not in the same condition as it was received, opened game/blank/software/music CD’s & DVD’s, any opened game or software that requires a CD key or serial, opened video game cartridges, VHS (or any form of recordable/recorded media), opened printer ink/paper.
