Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies  Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

To put it as simply as possible, I needed a place to bring products and people together. Sure, it’s a way for me to sell things, but it’s also a hundred other things too. From cards or stamps to coins and comics, or autographs and posters, whether it be sports or music or perhaps even gaming related, I’ve watched the world of collecting grow into an entire universe of collectibles, and I’d like to see that continue. I think we all spend our lives collecting one thing or another, but what’s collectable for one may not be for everyone. I’d like to be a bridge that connects collectors with the collectibles they want, and make sure these pieces of memorabilia find a good home…..and sometimes I sell random stuff too. I’ll be adding more items as I go, so check back often.

Miscellaneous details

The “Fan Attic Five”

1. The “Item Pictured” Guarantee: Every item sold by Fan Attic is the exact item that you see in the listing photos. I take multiple photos of each item immediately before uploading the listing, and those are the pictures used.

2. The “As-Is” Statement: Every item at Fan Attic is sold “as-is”, essentially meaning you receive the same item that we ship out, barring any damages caused by negligent shipping carriers.

3. “Keepin’ It Real” Rule: Any item that is an original work of art, or is signed, autographed, etc., will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

4. Please Read Policy: Many of our products are previously owned, or “secondhand”. As pertains to our “as-is” policy, we cannot take responsibility for previously undiscovered flaws or damages to any items. This especially refers to framed items that we didn’t frame ourselves. These details will always be included in the item description. At times we will carry “fan made” items or artwork. This will be noted in the item description as well. Some media items sold here will be unofficial or “bootleg” releases. There is a huge market for some of these items, despite their sources, but this will also be clearly noted in the item’s description. As a general precaution, it is always a good idea to read your item’s description in its entirety, and ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

5. “Safely Shipped” Statement: Due to previous experiences with shipping carriers and Ebay, in particular, I have adopted a distrust in the shipping system. My costs reflect this, in the fact that I now purchase extra packing materials and go out of my way to insure that every item is as securely packaged as possible. I also get shipping insurance on every item for its full value. As a result, Fan Attic will accept no liability for any damage incurred by the carrier once shipped.

Why “Fan Attic” ?

It’s my way of getting a poke in at Fanatics, and their clear monopoly of the sports merchandise industry. I mean, they literally hold licensing for every professional team ever, lol. Pretty sure that’s what monopoly means.
