Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

For a team based in Portland, Maine, we spend a lot of time traveling. From Europe to Asia to South America to everywhere in between. It just so happens that our incurable travel bug led to the creation of the Grid Wallet. We realized that the wallets currently available were just not cutting it. They weren’t built with our lifestyle in mind. They were either too bulky, too impractical, too old-fashioned, too ugly, or too expensive. So we created a wallet that fixed all these problems, one by one.

After your payment is verified, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Please note that we do not ship any order during the weekends or Holidays. Shipments are sent from our facility in Maine. Transit time will vary based on shipping carrier and shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

GRID does not guarantee USPS deliveries nor delivery times the risk befalls the consumer. GRID guarantees FedEx deliveries.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. You may be charged a fee upon returning if ANY of the original packing is missing. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging for a full refund. If any of the original packaging is missing such as the protective stickers, and manual, you can be charged additional fees. This would be taken out of your refund. Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process. Please note – shipping cost is non-refundable. Discounted items; this includes store discount bought items and any customer used discount code items.

Pre-paid shipping label available for all domestic returns. Please contact Customer Support to initiate your return. *only ONE label will be issued per return. If the label is not utilized within 7 days, the label will be voided (new label will be provided upon request).

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product at GRID HQ in Scarborough, ME.

Shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable
