Conditions of Returned Item(s)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Canceling a Purchased Order
Materials to craft each handmade item are purchased immediately after the sale/transaction. Should you feel the need to cancel your order, please contact HCProductsCo immediately. Any deviation from the stated timetable is subject to a 35% Cancellation Fee for the order.
Returning a Purchased Item
Each item is handcrafted to meet the needs of each individual buyer and for this reason HCProductsCo charges a 35% Restocking Fee should the item(s) be returned for any reason. Any item(s) returned will be inspected upon arrival to HCProductsCo and if the item(s) are damaged, additional fees will apply.
