Shipping policy
I will ship within 2 days after cleared payment is made.
Most rocks are shipped the day after purchase and payment is made.
I normally ship daily except Sundays and Holidays when the post office is closed.

None: All purchases finalIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me.
If your package arrives broken, please save all packaging. I will need a picture of the broken item along with your order number.
You agree to work with the post office for insurance claims rather then have me send you a return label and pay for return shipping.
Miscellaneous details
Most rocks are larger; however, should there ever be a problem that you might not like the item, please let me know so that I can make things right.
Each item is placed in a drawstring bag and whenever you make a purchase with Hebrew Art Work you will always get a free gift.
