To ensure the highest quality and direct access to authentic natural stones, all orders are shipped directly from our artisan workshop in Turkiye. We offer reliable worldwide shipping to our customers.

Europe: 5-10 business days
USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
Rest of the World: 10-21 business days

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly through your Bonanza account or the carrier’s website.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. However, we always ensure that all necessary documentation is correctly attached to your package to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our workshop in Turkiye or our address in France.
Tracking: Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns made due to ‘change of mind’ or reasons unrelated to product defects. This helps us cover the costs of labor and packaging for our handcrafted items.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
