Shipping policy
All addresses with an apartment, unit number or contain a high value item will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that you might incur. Please click on the Shipping and payments tab above for more details on ship to locations and prices.
UNCLAIMED/REFUSED PACKAGES: Customers will incur additional charges if a refused or unclaimed item is sent back to our facility. Customers will be responsible for additional fees to reship the merchandise.
Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysWe have an unconditional 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy. You may return the item for a refund or an exchange and there are 10% RESTOCKING FEES.
The following conditions apply:
Item being returned or exchanged must be in unused and original condition.
Item must be received by us within 30 days from the moment the package was delivered.
Cost of shipping is non-refundable and ($9.00) will be deducted from any order that was shipped with free shipping.
Buyer is responsible for shipping on any exchanges (free shipping does not apply to exchanges). Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote prior to exchanging your item.
