Shipping policy
We ship our product through Royal Mail. You can expect tracking information for your order when shipped. Note that some tracking will show dispatch and then arrival only. Some orders will not show Realtime tracking. Your order is insured if the item is lost. 30 days are required to process lost items. Additional information will need to be collected to claim lost shipments.

Full refund available within 30 daysOnce we have accepted your return and processed it, you will receive an email notification in your Messages with the subject line either “Send the item back” or “Your return is approved”, which will contain the address details of where the item needs to be returned. In the next 10 business days, you must return the item using a tracked postage service in order to ensure its safe delivery. To ensure the refund process goes smoothly and quickly, adding tracking details to your return is highly recommended. If you have this information, you can contact us via message. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the purchase.
When returning the item, please make sure to repack it securely, as the condition in which it is sent back to us is an important factor.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we might deduct from your refund to cover the loss of the item’s value.
