Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Our shipping methods are USPS Mail (First Class, Priority Mail) or FedEx Express or FedEx Ground.
We can use your UPS/FedEx shipping account for expedited shipping only which it does not waive our shipping charge.
PACKAGING
All items comes in Ziploc bags where possible.
All military components items comes in bulk packaging or in the original manufacturer packaging. We do some special packaging such as DLA/DOD MIL-STD-2073 packaging for special packaging types for a fee. Please let us know if you need special packaging.
CERTIFICATIONS
We provide our Certification of Conformance (CofC) for free of charge for only military components. We may have manufacturer’s CofC or traceable documentation for some items, which we charge $50.00 per each item.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe have a 7 day limited return policy on this listing. Item(s) must be returned in the condition in which they were sold. So this warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse or neglect. We may charge 25% restocking fee. After 7 days, We are no longer able to accept a return or offer refunds. In the unlikely event that there is an issue item, please CONTACT first as we will be best able to assist. • Buyer has to send item(s) back at their expense. We will not refund buyer’s return shipping cost. We will not refund original shipping cost.Returns will be inspected and processed in the order they are received and refunds will be sent within 3 business days, usually sooner.
