Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Shipping time frame to:
Canada: 3-8 business days
USA:4-8 business days
International: 2-4 weeks

Please note the above time frame are estimates, with no guarantees. From my experience, 98% of the time, mail do arrive within the time frame provided.

Please keep in mind that Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs. I have no control over this matter and cannot be held responsible for any custom charges.

Brides, please mention your wedding date at check out so that I can estimate whether the item can reach to you on time or not. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders will be send out to your Bonanza address that you entered at check out.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Due to the nature of the bridal business, I cannot accept returns, only exchange will be made. The buyer needs to contact me within 3 days of receiving the item for an exchange.

Please note the following are NON-EXCHANGEABLE:
1) Special request with existing items (bead color changes, length adjustment etc).
2) Hand stamped initials jewelries.
4) Deposit payment for custom orders.
5) Large bridal orders (If in doubt, I suggest buying one item first)
