Booth overview
Why did the name change, you ask? Well, this site was originally intended to be primarily headwear but evolved into considerably more. We’re trying to get back to a headwear-only model at this location, which will take a little doing (it always does). Anyway, you’ll find lots of ball caps and knitwear from MLB, NFL, NBA, college, and others here. We at Westlake Head Shop appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Keep in mind that while others may offer you “vintage ‘style’” or “throwback” items, we offer the real thing! These were actually made back in the day. That’s why it’s unlikely you’ll find anything identical to what we offer – at least not in the new, pristine condition we have. Our goal is to provide a quality, often hard-to-find product and service at a reasonable price, and our customer feedback reflects that. Shipping policy
We try to ship same or next day on all items; that’s always been our goal. However, sometimes — for reasons beyond our control — it becomes impossible to do so; hence the two day window. Rest assured, however, that we will do everything we can to get your order out immediately.
Return policy
None: All purchases finalItem descriptions, along with the photos provided, should provide a pretty clear picture of the condition of the items for sale. With the inherent costs of shipping, along with the underlying issues surrounding a new item being returned in a condition that is less than new (i.e. tags removed/packaging damaged, etc), it doesn’t make sense to blindly accept a return simply because a buyer may have changed his or her mind. While it has become more common in the era of free shipping and 30-day unconditional return guarantees, it simply makes no business sense to do so, even if a percentage of customers decide to go elsewhere.
Having said that, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and are more than willing to listen to any customer’s thoughts regarding a purchase from Jeff’s Treasure LLC.
After all, we shop online too, and we expect to be treated fairly. You should expect the same. Fair enough?
Miscellaneous details
Virtually all of the items listed here as “vintage” are 15-20 years old, and the vast majority are in new condition as they have never been worn or
have never even been removed from the package. Many were only removed from master packs recently to present for sale. We have tried to provide plenty of photos with each item to give you, the consumer, a very good idea of the condition of what you are about to purchase.
