Shipping policy

When multiple items are purchased, shipping will be combined and any overpayments will be refunded to you.
In orders whose amount does not exceed €15, the shipment will be made without a tracking number, but if its amount exceeds €15, it will be made with a tracking number.
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order.

For orders under €15 with shipping to Europe, the shipping costs are as follows.
From 0.1 grams to 50 grams of weight $3.20
From 51 grams to 100 grams of weight 4.10 $
From 101 grams to 500 grams of weight $8.95

For orders under €15 with shipping outside of Europe, the shipping costs are as follows.
From 0.1 grams to 50 grams of weight $3.95
From 51 grams to 100 grams of weight 5.95 $
From 101 grams to 500 grams of weight $14.95

For orders over €15 with shipping to Europe, the costs are as follows.
From 0.1 grams to 50 grams of weight 8.45 $
From 51 grams to 100 grams of weight 10.35 $
From 101 grams to 500 grams of weight 14.75 $

For orders over €15 with shipping outside Europe, the costs are as follows.
From 0.1 grams to 50 grams of weight 9.10 $
From 51 grams to 100 grams of weight 12.85 $
From 101 grams to 500 grams of weight 19.70 $

Normally shipments within Europe usually arrive in approximately two weeks and outside Europe in three weeks.

Return policy

The buyer may freely withdraw from the purchase once the merchandise is received, within a period of 30 days from receipt of the product. Shipping costs for the return of the item are borne by the buyer in accordance with articles 44 and 45 of the Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with the box unopened and sealed if so presented.
