Hello.
I have to take my computer in because I am unable to download windows 11 according to the Microsoft computer checker, which I did try and my computer would not take it.
In the meantime, when I look at my photos they are missing. And it is the same for others including not being able to see anyone’s photo in this community help section.
Ebay is working fine. Etsy I am unable to get the site to come up period. My website is fine.
Cache has been cleared already. Cookies have been accepted on Bonanza.
Is it because my computer is not using windows 11 (worked fine last night) or is there a really bad glitch here on Bonanza right now?
Thanks,
Sharon

Well, I just looked on my website and all of my Bonanza listings that transferred over there show no photos. There is something weird going on with Bonanza…

The whole site’s photos have completely glitched out. It’s not just you.
Also if you are running windows 10, if you go to your settings menu, then “Updates and Security” section, you can likely get 1 year of extended updates for windows 10. My desktop has the same issue and I and set til 10/18/2026 for updates.

It´s apparently a site-wide issue…..
I have earlier contacted Support and CEO Quincy Faison with the following message
" Hi Folks,
just in case you haven´t noticed yourself by now…..
There are NO MORE PHOTOGRAPHS BEING DISPLAYED ON BONANZA SINCE ABOUT 6 HOURS
May I kindly ask you to get this fixed ASAP, and listing fees cordially being lifted this month for such a catastrophic site behaviour..
Thank you very much for your attention and cooperation.
Best regards"
Also, Bonanza´s Facebook and Instagram accounts are no longer accessible or have vanished.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
