Bonanza shut my account down once because I knew someone who didn’t pay them their final fees. I had to re list everything when they turned it back on after I paid this girls bill off who dated my brother several years back. She had no financial connection to me. I thought this was very communist of Bonanza to do such a thing. That was when the new CEO took over. I thought the company would be struggling bad if they had to do that. I can only imagine the struggle now with all the low sales.

I don’t know about it going under but there is basically no staff anymore. The one who used to post the blogs a couple times a month and respond to questions hasn’t in many months, and her account is inactive now since 12/10. The “Vercado/BCommerce” website went poof a couple weeks ago. I doubt there were many people using it but I imagine at least a few were.
So no, probably not going under, but really struggling, thus all the increased fees this year. I don’t really even blame the owners because the ecommerce marketplaces have been almost fully taken over by some much larger competitors compared to 5 years ago. I doubt Bonz ever had the financing to compete with that many much larger marketplaces.
I’ve always believed in keeping an export of my products on any marketplace though as a backup. With Bonz you have to download the pictures, but can do that with download-them-all apps on Firefox or Chrome from the export CSV.
