I sent the wrong item to a buyer. I am trying to reprint a label and send to her to return it, but I can’t change the return address.
Secondly, I want to print a new label to ship the correct item. But she has moved. I can’t change the ship to address ???
Help. Customer is getting angry.

Janzooks2010,
Thanks for your question. I checked on this and saw that you have already contact our support team, and we have written back to you, but the short answer is that, due to various liability and technical reasons, it is not possible to change the shipping address when purchasing labels from Bonanza after the order has been finalized.
If you need to ship to a different address than the one that was provided initially, you would need to buy the label from a different source than Bonanza.
If you need any additional assistance regarding this issue, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or by sending us an email to support@bonanza.com.
Thanks!

You can use pirate ship to ship the correct item. Be certain you get the original item back or chances are you will lose it as the buyer will probably keep it. I speak from experience, in over 20 years of selling online it happened to me once and will not happen again. They will say they will ship the wrong item back once they receive the correct one but that doesn’t happen.

If the item you shipped fits in one of the standard USPS boxes, the USPS offers “Forever” priority mail mailers which you can keep handy in case you ever need to make a shipment but don’t want to print a label or go to the post office. Since they’re “forever”, the postage wont lose value and you can still use it years from now. Can be handy to have some of them laying around for when you might need them.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
