Emails!!!

It is very irritating when a buyer cannot get emails from a new member,, I cannot communicate with a seller,, which does not look good for a potential sale!!! not to mention looks bad for a new member! totally disappointed!! WHY?

Why different numbers from booth to items

OK this is weird I have 3,131 items in my booth but when I go to items only it says I have 3,133. Way aren't they the same number.

Can all items be set to new in batch edit

Recently we noticed that items uploaded via CVS file require us at Solace Garden to list each item as New or Used etc. Is there a way to make all items ALWAYS new it the batch edit? Or do we still have to do it the reg. way?

Broadcasting to ebay

Shipping times in the uk to the uk

my item says that it will take 12 days to get to a customer in the uk shipped from the uk when it will actually take 2 to 3 days, of course this will but buyer off if they can not get it quickly enough is there a way to adjust this?

How is the order the items appear in the booth determined?

They seem pretty well mixed up... no defined category, or price. Newly listed with items that have been there for awhile. Makes no sense. Or is THAT the objective?
