How do i send a buyer a return shipping label?

I made a mistake by sending out the wrong item and they are requesting a return shipping label and I want to pay for the shipping cost for them to ship it back to me. At the time of purchase I gave them free shipping. Thanks! Barb

Fees

Why have the fees increased so much? Cost as much to sell on here as it does on Ebay anymore. I sold an item with a total cost of $255. with shipping and it cost me $22.50
