My postage won't print

Am I the only one who thinks its pretty bad that we have to ask each other these questions instead of getting answers from "the horse's mouth" as it were?

Maybe there should be a separate area or link for website issues that would go to administration. I see so many people asking the same things I or someone else asked as well. If an issue is a problem for a number of folks, shouldn't it be changed ...
