VINTAGE HOPALONG CASSIDY WESTERN RANCH PLAYHOUSE EXTREMELY ULTRA RARE. Condition is "Used". Up for sale is an EXTREMELY RARE Hopalong Cassidy Western Ranch Playhouse. It is made up of FIVE thick paper panels. Each panel shows some wear, nail and puncture holes and some edge tears and missing corner pieces. The front and rear panels measure approximately 44 inches tall and 47 1/2 inches long. The side panels measure approximately 44 inches tall and 34 inches wide. The Playhouse will come shipped in what I "believe" is the original shipping box along with a secondary protective box. This is a good example of an item that I have not been able to find more than one online and also in such decent shape with no stains or large missing pieces. The paper is heavy duty but still fragile due to age. The window paper crossbars are torn and warped in many places. Still most exist. I believe the wood slats or supports to be original but I am not absolutely certain as I am not the original owner. Please note that some of the paper edge to the panels was torn off and is still stapled to the wood slats or supports. The colors of the litho are vibrant, colorful and in quite amazing shape considering the age of this item. One of the panel's corners has torn off but I still have it and will included in the shipment. I also can smell some cigarette smoke on this item. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing.
