Notify us of the return within 30 days of your receipt of the product. The product must still be unused and in new condition. How do I return/exchange an item?

When deciding to return or exchange: We accept returns on unworn in new condition items within 30 days of receiving your original order and having been notified within 14 days of receiving your item. We do not accept refunds on items that smell like smoke, body odor, and that have stains or animal/human hair on them. They must be in original condition without being washed if it’s clothing. If we receive an item in an unacceptable condition, we will not reship the item back to you. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee for your items unless you are returning due to an error on our end.
