Green illustrated cloth with black titles and decoration to front and spine; in the original turn-of-the century brown illustrated dust jacket.
Both endpapers uniformly tanned by dust jacket flaps, previous owners rubber-stamped name and information to the front endpapers, else near fine; in the original dust jacket with tears and pieces missing.
Octavo. 256 pages.
A collection of classic sketches and stories having to do with late 19th century California mining towns by American author and poet Francis Bret Harte (1836-1902).
