Sterling hoops 1.5" - Large Silver hoop and 50 similar items

A great wardrobe staple that can be worn with anything! Simple and beautiful, these sterling hoops are light enough to wear every day. They are hand-formed and hammered ("flat" hammered, as shown in the 1st photo), and tumble-polished to a high shine. Earrings are about 1-1/2" in diameter. I use 18ga wire unless requested otherwise; you can request thinner 19ga or even thinner 20ga in the 'notes to seller' if your piercings are on the smaller side. The back side of each hoop is given a brushed/satin finish, and may retain some roughness/marks from the hammering process as well. If ordered in Sterling or Argentium, I mark them STER (tiny!) on the underside of the clasp. My sterling comes from a USA manufacturer, and uses recovered (recycled) silver content. NOTE: by default, I hammer the 18ga wire out to a tapered shape, +/-2mm at the bottom, as shown in the 1st photo. 19ga or 20ga will not hammer out quite as wide, but still wider than what is shown in the last photo. If you want them thin like the last photo, please request 19ga or 20ga, AND also ask me to keep them thin. OPTIONS: • I usually make these out of 18ga, but smaller 19ga or 20ga is also available - just leave a note to seller at checkout to request it! • Sterling is the default; also available in Argentium or Fine Silver, or in Oxidized Sterling - just reqeust it! • A smooth finish on the front is the default (as shown); I can give them a hammered textured finish on the front instead if preferred - just request it. • Note that Sterling Silver will tarnish; Argentium and Fine silver are tarnish-resistant (but not tarnish-proof). • Oxidized is blackened/antiqued before tumbling; it is a durable finish but not necessarily permanent - it can be cleaned off using a silver cleaner/polish if desired. • Note that Fine silver will stay MUCH softer than the others, and is not available in 20 or 19ga. • Want these in another size or material?
