Description Condition: The book is in acceptable used condition. The covers have wear along the edges and corners from age, use and years of storage. The cover is torn about 5? up from the bottom which has caused the pages to separate from the staple binding in that area. The other staple towards the top is intact and currently holding the pages to the covers. The pages have some wear from age and use, plus there is a little bit of marking from a previous owner.
