Returns for orders within the Continental US:

Most orders can be returned within 30-days of receiving it. Returns on all parts must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Once you receive a RMA, please type it on the outside of the box and follow the instructions provided by our Returns Department

Returns without a RMA will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping charges; we strongly recommend to use any kind of tracking tools when shipping returns.

Shipping charges from our location to yours are not refundable under any circumstances.
