Only items show in pics/scans are included with exceptions for stands or displays to hold items while photographing. Shipping - Paid items are shipped within 1 working day or less, excluding holidays and weekends, unless noted otherwise. In most cases you can get 7 or more sheet music items in the shopping cart before the shipping increases. To get the best shipping cost be sure to use the shopping cart and pay for all items at once.
