They are in brand new unused condition (however the use date has expired) that we purchased new at the time of publication. They have been stored since then in protective sleeve in a smoke and pet free environment. Only 2500 of each were produced so this is a genuine Star Trek collectible. The photo is of the actual cards that you will receive.
