E
Vintage Pommel Handle EAGLE Head
Thorondor Walking Stick Larping
Medieval
Renaissance Steampunk Gurps RPG Cosplay
Lord of The Rings J.R.R. Tolkien
Thorondor
The King of Eagles in the First Age, said in The Silmarillion to be
the "mightiest of all birds that have ever been", with a
wingspan of thirty fathoms (54.9 meters, or 180 feet) and a beak of
gold.
The
difference between "common" eagles and Great Eagles is
prominently described in The Hobbit by J. R. R. TOLKIEN.
Although
giant birds of prey appear in legends of many cultures, Tolkien's
Great Eagles may have been the direct inspiration for similar
creatures in various modern fantasy genres, such as the Giant
Eagles
in the role-playing game Dungeons
Dragons.
This
spell-binding cane is
awesome as an everyday accessory, as well as cosplay and
reenactments. It would also work great in a Knights Templar,
Crusader, Lord or King Costume.
The
great men of the last two centuries have carried canes, from Sherlock
Holmes, to Gregory House and of course Scrooge McDuck.
Every
Gentleman Requires a Cane.
