While many Macaws talk, this one will not annoy you asking for food, but it will take your breath away with its exquisite design and coloring. In addition, you get to enjoy all the beauty of a Macaw without the need to feed and clean up after it (who has newspapers for the bottom of a cage anymore anyhow) and best of all, you don’t have to worry about leaving it when you go on vacation. However, like a real Macaw it is something you will want to include in your will to pass down. Compared to real Macaws this one from the Paradise Birds collection had a very short life after being retired after just 6 years in 2011. It is crafted in exquisite shades of green, blue, and red faceted crystal with a chrome beak, perched on a wooden stand. At every angle and even the slightest change in lighting you get a different look and color, which I did my best to represent in the photos. This Macaw is BNIB and has only been out for photos and the original retail was $950.00. I ship everything extremely well packaged and insured.
