Matte brown surface with bas relief magnolia flower blooms
Slghtly flared rim with wide handles at sides and broad bottom
Floral arranger used to keep flowers in place while on display
Made in USA by Roseville Pottery in Ohio circa early 1940s
In very good condition with no visible signs of damage or repair
