It is a New Old Stock assembly line leftover. Never installed. This is the same exact unit you would have got if you went to the parts counter at your local Ford dealer and ordered it... 10+ years ago!! We do not accept returns on DVD systems so make sure you have done your research (or emailed us with application questions...and received an answer) before you purchase this. This system includes a 90 day warranty. Headphones are not included. A remote is not included. The cable to connect it to the radio is not included. Mounting hardware is not included. Instructions for assembly are not included. This is meant for exact replacement only and you shouldn't be attempting installs if you're not qualified. This system is exactly what the ad says it is. APPLICATIONS Lincoln Navigator: 2003** (VERY late model year only) Lincoln Navigator: 2004-2006 **The early 2003 Navigator systems had a different plug that is not compatible. If your current system has a part number starting in 2L7T, you cannot use this system. We do have the older version in another listing though. Please check your part number and plug. A compatibility chart is just a starting point and is no substitute for common sense and basic research. You are the only one who can determine which plug you have if you have a 2003 model.
