Comes with a NON-BRANDED case and cleaning cloth.
REMARKS:
Both demo lenses near the screw edge are cracked, with the right demo lens having a small chip/broken at the top. Anyhow, they will be replaced by your optician according to your prescription and desired shape and size.
Nose-pads are slightly discolored - please leave a note if you want them changed.
