"Springing Leaves I Tapestry Wall Hanging"
New York native, Laurie Fields, first came upon the art scene over thirty years ago, and her multifaceted painting style has been a constant source of supply to the art market, ever since. Combining various collage materials, textures, and acrylic paint, Laurie produces bold, innovative paintings, suitable for both residential and commercial settings. Starting as a textile designer, Laurie first became a resident artist at the Farmington Valley Arts Center, in Connecticut, and in 1981, she became a resident artist at the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, Virginia, where she currently has her studio. Laurie's artworks provided excellent inspiration for our skilled artisans. We've woven handsome, fine textile art, in beautiful tapestry form, certain to compliment your living space. This high quality tapestry is woven on Jacquard looms. Includes rod pocket for easy hanging. Cotton 100%. Spot clean only. Measures 17" wide x 34" high.
