This sale is for a signed Cathy Blume framed artwork about Hurricane Ike and the Galveston recovery efforts. It measures 11 inches across by 14 inches up and down. It has the artist's name in pencil in the lower right corner. The same sketch is listed elsewhere for $250. Smudge or two at the edge of the picture. No glass in the frame. One of the fasteners on the back doesn't hold in place. See photographs for condition issues. I ship within five business days from the receipt of payment for this item. I will be glad to combine shipping to save buyers on postage costs. I will upgrade shipping method if the shipping price paid allows me to do so.
