The battery door does not stay closed, and the bracket on the inside is disconnected. I can not get the camera to come on, as is!

I am greatly satisfied with this product. It is in perfect working condition, everything on the product is in great condition! There were no surprises when I received the package the camera itself had no scuffs or marks. I choose the highest ranks because I have been using the camera actively since receiving it.
