Mysh. 8th corrected and significantly expanded edition. St. Petersburg: [Typ. A. Benke], 1915. XXIV, 1298, LVIII p.; 25x17.8 cm. The regulations include information on provincial and district zemstvo institutions, taxes and duties, education, municipal credit, social estates, military housing duty, and more. The compiler, sworn attorney Mikhail Ignatievich, is the author of several collections dedicated to legal issues in the Russian Empire. This is the last pre-revolutionary unofficial edition. Bound in a period composite (leather, cloth) binding with gold embossing on the spine. Wear to the binding; restoration of endpapers and title page.
