This is designed by Jacque' Smiley. This designer uses antique buttons, China, porcelain, mother of pearl and many more items to make these one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry. The measurements are approximately:
Floral Charm- 1 1/4" Tall x 1" wide
Black ribbon necklace- 14" long with a 2" sterling silver chain extender
