Item description
W.C. FIELDS: HIS FOLLIES FORTUNES by Robert Lewis Taylor Bantam Books, 1st Paperback Printing, 1951 Condition: Good Plus This was the first biography of the great comedian of the '30s '40s. It is illustrated with 16 pages of photos, as well as photo montages on the inside covers. The spine of the book has been reglued, causin some uneven pages at the center; there is a modest spine reading crease, some other light general exterior wear, a small gift inscription facing the title page and moderately toned pages, which are secure, including the copyright page which has a gutter tear. Not so bad a copy considering its 338-page thickness and a bit uncommon.
