It is HANDMADE from PLATINUM (front) and 18K GOLD (back). The pin is set with 4 ROSE CUT DIAMONDS that weigh approx. .02 ctw. It is also set with 1 NATURAL BLUE SAPPHIRES that weigh approx. .15 ctw. This sapphire is a SQUARE STEP CUT that is set at an angle to look diamond shaped. The pin measures 2-1/8? long by just over 3/8? at the widest point. The total weight is 2.8 grams.
