This is an outstanding piece of indigenous folk art imported from Guerrero, Mexico. It?s an extraordinary devil mask from the ceremonies and dances of Ometepec. It has been made of leather, deer hide and horse tail and features goat horns for added effect. A remarkable piece of workmanship, this mask measures approximately 11? in height, 23? in width with the ears by 6? in depth. The horsehair beard hangs almost three feet in length.
