This listing is for a Betsey Johnson dress. The dress does not look as if it has been worn. The permanent label in the dress says: Betsey Johnson, and gives the size as M. The stitching on the first part of the label is loose, and that part of the label is loose, not stitched down on to the dress. This dress looks extremely small to me, and does not look like a medium to me. I am not familiar with the sizing of this brand, but it certainly appears to run on the small side. There is another label sewn onto a side seam, which gives the fiber content as 97% nylon, and 3% spandex. The care instructions are given as: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, do not iron. The dress is made out of a knit fabric. The fabric is on the thick side, and has the feel of a doubleknit type fabric. The fabric has some stretch to it. The fabric has a textured design to it, with flowers in the design. The dress looks like it would be extremely form fitting. The dress is a short dress. There is a possibility that the dress was hemmed slightly, as it looks like hand stitching along the hemline. The stitching could be removed, and the hem let down. There is no line along the hem where the fabric is folded. The dress zips up the back with an invisible zipper. The top edge of the dress has a really pretty ribbon like border to it. The border adds a pretty touch of color to the dress. This border is also the shoulder straps of the dress. The shoulder straps are very thin, and donaÂÂt look like they would have a lot of support. Where the border ends t the back of the dress, by the zipper, the tape is not folded under and there is some slight fraying of the border. This would probably be fine left as is, or could be folded under and given a few stitches to stay that way.
