RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Our products are natural, perishable, of the highest quality and cannot be returned. All sales are final.

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us immediately (when the products arrive) so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately with pictures/ proof of damage. When we approve the exchange, send your item (within 7 days) to: FRC, 6th Fl, Tung Hip Commercial Bldg, 248 Des Voeux Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over HKD 600, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns cannot be processed without proof of delivery to So Good Botanicals.
