Vintage DCR-66 U.S.N. CO INC. 6-Transistor and 25 similar items

VINTGE 6-Transister Desk Clock Radio Model DCR-66 U.S.N. CO INC. NEW (see Video). Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I don?t have much info on this desk clock radio so I am just going to tell you what I do know. There is no address or company brand printed anywhere on the box or manual. The only thing I can find about it is that it is made in Japan and the model number is DCR-66. After further inspection on the clock radio there is a "gold plaque/plate" that says U.S.N. CO INC. -- I looked up this company and they have nothing to do with Desk Clock Radios-- so my suspicion is that this was some sort of employee gift at the time. If you look closer at the link you will see the date of operation 1962 or about (58 years ago). Based on that- I assume this clock is around 50-58 years old? The condition is amazing. The box has some defects but for the age its pretty great. It still has the original styrofoam-my guess is that it was never used. The batteries are still sealed however I see some leakage on one of the batteries. The pen is still sealed as well. The paper was never used however there are some browning on the top page. The manual is in good condition as well a few bends but overall good.
